What you will do

  • Define and execute a global partnership strategy aligned with product roadmap, sales targets, and market expansion goals.
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partners across various segments including Cloud, Agency, SI, Technology, and Resellers.
  • Lead complex partnership negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements and partnership frameworks.
  • Design, implement, and manage joint Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with strategic partners to drive pipeline generation and increase closed-won revenue.
  • Oversee the development of partner enablement programs, ensuring partners are proficient in selling and deploying solutions.
  • Manage and grow a global partnerships team to deliver on Stability's vision.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Partner Management roles.
  • 5+ years in a global partner leadership role within a high-growth AI/SaaS/Cloud technology or Services company.
  • Deep understanding of the Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud computing landscapes.
  • Demonstrable track record of originating, negotiating, and managing partnerships that resulted in multi-million dollar revenue growth.
  • Experience building and scaling a partnerships program in a startup or rapid-scaling environment.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in marketing/advertising technology or solutions.
