TL;DR

Inbound Sales Development Representative (French Market): Develop and qualify leads, engage B2B prospects, and coordinate sales meetings with a focus on consultative SaaS sales. Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: 34,000€ - 48,000€ OTE with 70/30 fixed/variable split

What you will do

  • Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads for the French market.
  • Engage with B2B prospects via cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Connect with C-level executives to understand business needs and pains.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives.
  • Lead research strategies and analyze prospect information.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and professional English skills required.
  • Motivated, proactive, and achievement-driven personality.
  • Experience in customer-oriented roles such as Sales Development or Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Barcelona in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, or similar tools.
  • Background in SaaS sales or digital environments.
  • Knowledge of outbound campaign strategies and qualification methodologies.
