TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS, AI): Creating and growing pipeline opportunities for hirify.global across the EMEA region by identifying, researching, and engaging high-potential prospects. Focus on executing targeted multi-channel outbound prospecting, articulating hirify.global's value proposition, and consistently meeting generation targets.

Location: Office-centric hybrid in Dublin, Ireland. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Option to work from home on Wednesdays; Fridays depend on work type.

Salary: €40,600–€45,500 base salary.

What you will do

  • Create and grow EMEA pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging high-potential prospects.
  • Execute targeted, multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, phone, social) to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Become an expert on hirify.global’s product, value proposition, and ideal customer profile to effectively tailor outreach.
  • Partner directly with aligned Account Executives to build quality pipeline.
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline generation targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German.
  • 1 year experience in inbound or outbound sales development, or relevant customer-facing role.
  • Interest in growing into a career in Software Sales (SaaS).
  • Effective communication skills, empathy, and integrity.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
  • Must be based in Dublin for an office-centric hybrid schedule.
