TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid-market companies with an accent on cold calling, research, and AI-driven personalization. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: Annual OTE up to $75,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build outbound pipeline through cold calling, email, and video prospecting into accounts with 200+ FTEs.
  • Convert inbound MQLs with speed and precision.
  • Qualify prospects and hand off well-researched opportunities to the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain clean data and track activities using Salesforce, Gong Engage, Nooks, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings.
  • Utilize AI tools like Claude for account research and personalized outreach.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of BDR/SDR experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of prospecting into mid-market or commercial accounts (200+ FTEs).
  • Confidence in cold calling as a core part of the daily workflow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-conversion outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Must be based in the USA.
