TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: up to $72,500 USD (base + bonus combined).

What you will do

  • Create a fantastic first impression to prospects.
  • Build a pipeline for Account Executives.
  • Work extensively with Salesforce, Salesloft, Nooks, and Chilipiper.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and pipeline generated.
  • Contribute to a great team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of outbound SDR/BDR experience at a technology company, ideally focused on larger MM/Enterprise-sized accounts (500+ FTEs).
  • Experience with outbound lead cultivation and inbound lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
  • Skilled and comfortable with cold calling, as it will be part of the daily operating rhythm.
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to an ever-changing startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Passion for developing a career in technology sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or other sales software.
