What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding from contract signing to handover, owning timelines and tasks.
• Coordinate physical deployments of retail tech with internal teams and field engineers.
• Act as primary contact for clients, managing expectations and building trust.
• Align commercial, product, and operations teams as the internal coordinator.
• Manage formal handovers to long-term support, ensuring client education and satisfaction.
• Refine onboarding processes for faster, smarter international deployments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in B2B onboarding, implementation, or technical project management
• Ability to break down complex international deployments into actionable plans
• Strong stakeholder management and technical milestone tracking skills
• Detail-oriented with checklist-driven approach
• Travel-ready, including international field presence
• Global mindset adaptable to European markets like UK, Switzerland, France
