What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of personalized ABM campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyse large datasets to identify promising customer segments and define messaging strategies.
- Build and manage A/B testing programs to refine campaign performance.
- Partner with Sales teams to align messaging and ensure effective customer engagement.
- Establish tracking and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance and deliver insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and delivering ABM or highly targeted multi-channel campaigns at scale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-led marketing strategies.
- Skilled in building and managing A/B tests.
- Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Work in a hybrid model from the London office, UK.
