What you will do

• Analyse large datasets to identify high-value customer segments and define targeted messaging strategies.
• Plan and deliver personalised ABM campaigns across letters, email, and LinkedIn ads.
• Build and manage A/B testing programs to optimise campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach and messaging.
• Use HubSpot or similar tools to create workflows, automation, and tracking for campaign scalability.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with presence in London office
• English: Proficient (B2) required
• Proven experience in account-based marketing and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
