What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business goals and define project scope.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to translate discovery into product vision and roadmaps.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and facilitate trade-offs with stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment and support UAT and client enablement.
• Focus on KPIs such as conversion, AOV, retention, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Help build product management discipline within the agency and mentor peers.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in Product Management or similar roles.
• Experience delivering large-scale digital commerce projects and platform migrations.
• Deep familiarity with Shopify Plus and commerce technology stack (ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM, payments).
• Fluency in agile delivery practices (Scrum, SAFe) and discovery frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for enterprise stakeholder collaboration.
• Technical literacy with APIs and integrations, plus commercial acumen focused on ROI.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-market or international merchants.
• Familiarity with CRO, experimentation, and analytics tools.
• Experience building or scaling product management practices within agencies.
