Product Manager (AdTech)

What you will do

• Analyze product data daily to identify growth opportunities and resolve user friction points in the self-service flow.
• Generate and validate hypotheses based on metrics and user behavior to drive the product roadmap.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on expected impact and quantitative evidence.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute and ship product improvements.
• Conduct qualitative research through surveys and interviews to complement quantitative data signals.
• Maintain comprehensive internal and external documentation to enable cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4, or Looker).
• Proven ability to drive product decisions using funnel and cohort analysis.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and Jira/Confluence.
• Must be based in the specified CIS or European locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with payments, game commerce, or developer-facing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Tableau, or Python for analysis.
