What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback about ongoing industry trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document outcomes in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, plus another language.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and hunt for new business.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop.
