What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Call key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide feedback about ongoing industry trends.
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document outcomes in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Fluency in Romanian and English, plus another language.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build relationships and hunt for new business.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop.
