TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise (AI): Driving end-to-end adoption of Mistral's AI platform with largest enterprise customers, managing strategic outbound and inbound deals from first contact to closing. Focus on value proposition validation, executive engagement, technical aptitude, and collaboration with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful deployments and long-term contracts.

Location: On-site in London, UK. Visa sponsorship is available.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic outbound and qualified inbound deal development, converting inbound deals into bespoke agreements.
  • Provide hands-on support for Proof of Concepts (POCs) and convert successful POCs into long-term contracts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, managing deals end-to-end and aligning all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives, understanding their needs and positioning the AI solution.
  • Demonstrate deep technical understanding of the product and collaborate with implementation/technical teams for customer inquiries.
  • Empower internal teams with customer insights to drive product roadmap alignment.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling, preferably in highly complex technical products.
  • Excellent academic background (Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field).
  • Significant work experience within the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure field.
  • Experience at a successful fast-growing startup, ideally in deep-tech.
  • Strong technical skills to navigate quickly evolving products and steer technical discussions.
  • Excellent English & French proficiency is required, additional languages are a plus.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
