What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the SEA region to exceed revenue targets and drive market penetration.
- Own the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and initial onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, security leaders, and technical decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and territory performance to senior management.
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Solution Engineering, Product, and Legal to ensure a seamless customer experience and align our solutions with market needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a consistent record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
- Deep understanding of and established network within the Southeast Asian market (e.g., Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
- Prior experience selling in one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Fraud Prevention, CPaaS, or API-based solutions.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other Southeast Asian languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to independently prospect, generate new business, and close complex deals in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
