What you will do
- Identify and research potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads by conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.
Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in Australia without visa sponsorship.
- 1-2 years experience in business development or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter able to work independently and in a team.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and adapt to new tools.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud or security sales.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
