What you will do

• Drive acquisition of new clients and business opportunities across Ticino and Switzerland.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to form lasting partnerships.
• Collaborate with CEO to define and implement strategic commercial objectives.
• Evaluate sales performance and propose initiatives to optimize the business pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
• Manage complex negotiations, presentations, and proposals independently.

Requirements

• Must be based in Switzerland or EU/Schengen with office presence in Agno.
• 10+ years sales experience, including in IT consultancy and Swiss market knowledge.
• Fluent in Italian and English; German or French is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence decision-makers.
• Highly autonomous and result-oriented with willingness to travel for client meetings.
