What you will do
- Drive revenue growth by creating and closing sales opportunities to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities within designated territories, converting prospects into qualified leads.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospects/clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering loyalty.
- Effectively communicate with customers to address concerns and identify mutually beneficial solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with sales and order processing to resolve issues and provide actionable insights to management.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or other equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market.
- Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills.
- Ability to plan territory/account approach and manage resources independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software, client success platforms, and data analytics.
