Focus on developing tailored account strategies, exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Location: Must be based in Medellin, Colombia and able to work onsite 5 days a week

What you will do

• Proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop tailored strategies for each account including regular business reviews.
• Monitor customer usage and address adoption challenges to drive expansion strategies.
• Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
• Manage leads, opportunities, and accounts using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology or SaaS environment
• Ability to work onsite in Medellin, Colombia
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong passion for sales.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills for accurate sales forecasting.
