What you will do
- Proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop tailored strategies for each account including regular business reviews.
- Monitor customer usage and address adoption challenges to drive expansion strategies.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth solution implementation.
- Manage leads, opportunities, and accounts using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology or SaaS environment
- Ability to work onsite in Medellin, Colombia
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strong passion for sales.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate sales forecasting.
