What you will do

• Own the technical roadmap for major product domains within the Trust organization.
• Lead execution by scoping, assigning, and coordinating work across multiple engineering pods.
• Build foundational components and unblock complex technical challenges personally.
• Collaborate with leadership across Engineering, Product, and Design to align on goals and strategy.
• Mentor engineers at all levels and promote engineering excellence and best practices.
• Influence product strategy and grow technical talent organization-wide.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in product delivery and system design.
• Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-team projects with full accountability.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders.
• Excellent mentoring and technical leadership skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
