What you will do

• Manage delivery of multiple complex programmes for Public Services clients including strategy, R&D, and product development.
• Oversee portfolios across government departments such as the Home Office and Department for Education.
• Develop proposals to grow the Public Sector portfolio.
• Mentor and develop team members aligned with Public Services work.
• Build trusted relationships with senior government customers and consulting partners.
• Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation.

Requirements

• Must hold active UK Security Clearance (SC) used on a Government project in the last 12 months.
• Work from London office and on-site with government customers as required.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programmes in Public Services or government.
• Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts with ability to engage on technical discussions.
• Experience with commercial consulting delivery and account growth.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous settings and deliver high-stakes projects.
