What you will do
- Maintain and grow existing key accounts and develop new business accounts within a defined territory.
- Develop sales and account management strategies to meet revenue and gross profit targets.
- Partner with vendors and manufacturer field reps to penetrate accounts and win business.
- Deliver presentations promoting hirify.global’s NSP capabilities and value proposition.
- Complete administrative functions including pipeline updates, business reviews, and expense management.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including presentations, Word documents with advanced formatting, and Excel with macros.
- Moderate technical knowledge and IT sales experience focused on account development and growth.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with good listening and inquiry abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to document activities and manage schedules.
- Self-motivated with ability to maintain calendar and pipeline independently.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
