Salary: $75,000 - $96,000 per year

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow existing key accounts and develop new business accounts within a defined territory.
  • Develop sales and account management strategies to meet revenue and gross profit targets.
  • Partner with vendors and manufacturer field reps to penetrate accounts and win business.
  • Deliver presentations promoting hirify.global’s NSP capabilities and value proposition.
  • Complete administrative functions including pipeline updates, business reviews, and expense management.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including presentations, Word documents with advanced formatting, and Excel with macros.
  • Moderate technical knowledge and IT sales experience focused on account development and growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with good listening and inquiry abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to document activities and manage schedules.
  • Self-motivated with ability to maintain calendar and pipeline independently.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
