What you will do

• Own and scale hirify.global’s influencer program, from sourcing and activation through performance optimization.
• Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships with creators, networks, and affiliate platforms.
• Manage and grow relationships with key influencer and affiliate partners.
• Develop scalable processes to systematically manage and expand longtail partners.
• Track and analyze partner performance, optimize conversion funnels, and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to craft messaging, materials, and agreements.
• Drive innovation in acquisition strategy by exploring new partner categories and emerging channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, consulting, or investment banking.
• Proven ability to build, influence, and grow high-impact partnerships.
• Demonstrated drive, adaptability, and ownership in achieving ambitious goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, quantitative skills, and overall business acumen.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Product teams.
