What you will do
- Proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop tailored strategies for each account including regular check-ins and business reviews.
- Monitor customer usage and address adoption challenges to drive expansion strategies.
- Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in technology or SaaS.
- Must be able to work onsite in Medellin, Colombia.
- Strong passion for sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills for accurate sales forecasting.
