TL;DR

Manager, Sales Development Representative: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of SDRs responsible for building qualified sales pipeline with an accent on optimizing prospecting strategies, refining playbooks, and driving team performance. Focus on recruiting, onboarding, and growing sales talent, while partnering cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategy and improve lead quality.

Location: Hybrid (Vancouver, British Columbia). Must be based in Vancouver and is hybrid preferred (3 days/week in-office).

Salary: $160,000 CAD OTE

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives.
  • Train your team to articulate hirify.global's value in solving customer problems.
  • Build, refine, and operationalize prospecting playbooks across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Drive team performance through coaching sessions, call reviews, and pipeline reviews.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to align ICP and improve lead quality.
  • Own SDR KPIs, track performance, forecast pipeline creation, and identify opportunities for conversion improvements.
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp exceptional SDR talent, helping them grow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience leading SDR or BDR teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Track record of coaching SDRs, improving prospecting performance, and consistently meeting pipeline targets.
  • Experience in outbound and inbound prospecting motions across multiple segments and personas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to break down complex ideas simply.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics, reporting, and tooling (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to manage many activities and priorities simultaneously.
  • This role is based in Vancouver and is hybrid preferred (3 days/week in-office).
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
