TL;DR

Sales Development Manager (Sustainability): Managing the Sales Development team across the Americas region to drive pipeline growth and exceed KPIs with an accent on outbound activity, lead generation strategy, and team coaching. Focus on developing scalable sales processes, optimizing the tech stack, and mentoring SDRs to achieve target attainment.

Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite)

Salary: 110K - 120K Base + 40K - 50K Variable CAD

What you will do

  • Own and drive the sales development strategy and regional demand generation for the Americas (AMS) region.
  • Develop and maintain scalable sales development processes to ensure high-quality opportunity sourcing.
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach Sales Development Associates through regular 1:1s and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Marketing executives to align inbound and outbound lead generation plans.
  • Track and analyze team metrics to identify performance gaps and implement corrective plans.
  • Manage the team budget and optimize the use of the sales technology stack.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing and coaching high-performing sales development teams.
  • 2+ years of proven track record exceeding targets in an SDR/BDR role.
  • English: Full professional proficiency required.
  • Experience developing business across multiple locations within the Americas (AMS) region.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with sales tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator.
