What you will do

• Define the full EMS user journey from setup to operational decision-making to create an intuitive and actionable experience.
• Conduct targeted user interviews and apply pragmatic UX research to validate design flows.
• Collaborate with CTO and CEO to define the UX roadmap and product interaction strategies.
• Design polished, production-ready interfaces in Figma, focusing on complex data visualizations.
• Develop and maintain the visual brand identity across product, web, and sales materials.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Munich, Germany
• English: B2 level or higher
• 5+ years experience designing complex B2B SaaS or technical products.
• Expertise in Figma including auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity.

• Ability to implement designs in code using React and Tailwind.
