What you will do

• Lead and empower a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across Southern EMEA
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team
• Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth
• Work cross-functionally to define and execute technical pre-sales strategy
• Build and implement programs to scale Solutions Consultants and increase customer impact
• Monitor team performance and support goal achievement

Requirements

• Must have 8+ years of customer-facing technical experience and 3+ years leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven success collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams
• Hands-on problem solver with experience designing strategic programs
• Experience with light scripting, querying, or prototyping
• Location: Must be based in Paris, France for onsite work

• Experience using or working with Figma
• Experience working across multiple time zones
