Focus on leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle, conducting product deep dives, and navigating evolving regional market microstructure in the cryptocurrency market.

Location: Must be based in New York (preferred) or San Francisco, United States.

Salary: $300,000 USD

hirify.global is a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions, delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services from regulated cold storage.

What you will do

  • Increase revenues by acquiring new client relationships across hirify.global’s secure wallets, regulated custody, and prime solutions.
  • Represent hirify.global products and services in client meetings and at industry events in the US region and occasionally globally.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales life cycle, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams for client onboarding.
  • Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and hirify.global's offerings across custody, trading, staking, and lending.
  • Conduct demos and product deep dives, leveraging expertise to meet specific client needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or other front office roles in financial services, digital assets, fintech or an adjacent industry.
  • Strong grasp of finance and technical terminology, with the ability to seamlessly translate between both languages.
  • Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity for new concepts such as protocols, tokens, DeFi, and NFTs.
  • Experience with CRM Tools such as Salesforce.
  • Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality.
