What you will do

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, social media, and other channels to generate qualified discovery meetings
• Partner with Account Executives to develop new business opportunities and build pipeline
• Research HR and leave management challenges of prospective organizations
• Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activities and leads
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline targets

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or lead generation in SaaS or technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn)
• Familiarity with HR technology, leave management, or compliance solutions
• Ability to leverage AI and automation tools to improve productivity
