What you will do
- Work closely with senior members of the fintech sales team to own and co-own client relationships.
- Provide support for live deals, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Become a subject matter expert in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency markets, and hirify.global's products.
- Drive and manage client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple internal teams.
- Responsible for the full sales-cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, nurturing, and closing.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging product expertise.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in crypto, traditional finance (investment or corporate banking), or fintech.
- Experience interacting with and offering white-glove coverage and service to institutional clients.
- Knowledge of fintech, financial markets, crypto market trends, and custody.
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be located in the New York City Area and work on-site at the Manhattan office.

- Demonstrated interest in digital assets.
- Knowledge of payments, protocols and tokens, DeFi, NFTs.
- Experience in investment or corporate banking, structured products, consulting, or other front office roles in the financial industry.
