Salary: USA-based roles: $159,000–$231,000 USD annually. Canada-based roles: $138,000–$200,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Lead architecture strategy and program ownership for GTM domains, ensuring consistency and technical excellence.
• Manage and support RevOps Systems Managers, providing guidance and fostering talent development.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT leaders to translate business initiatives into architectural plans.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards for integrations, data models, and system design, driving improvements in data governance and system observability.
• Oversee delivery health across multiple systems initiatives and collaborate on CI/CD and release management strategies.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Systems Architecture.
• 3+ years leading managers or senior ICs in systems, architecture, or operations roles.
• Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystems (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ), marketing automation, billing/ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Proven success scaling GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong architectural judgment and excellent people leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into simple, scalable, and maintainable architectures.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certification.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture (CDC, streaming) and data pipelines.
• Experience managing globally distributed technical teams.
