What you will do

• Architect detailed Salesforce solutions considering current and future customer environments.
• Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers.
• Lead the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Act as a release manager, approving and deploying configuration and coded items between environments.
• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience in a technical or functional role.
• Professional Services experience.
• 2+ years leading technical engagements with program management or architectural responsibilities.
• Experience presenting and gaining buy-in within multiple organizational levels, including the C-suite.
• Minimum Salesforce certified: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder.
