TL;DR

Senior Presales Solutions Architect (Collaboration): Designing and implementing innovative, scalable solutions using Cisco and Microsoft Collaboration, contact center, and enterprise voice technologies with an accent on technical acumen, business development, and customer success. Focus on creating customer-facing diagrams, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing long sales cycles.

Location: Hybrid, Gurugram, Haryana, India. Some travel may be required.

What you will do

  • Design and implement innovative, scalable Cisco and Microsoft Collaboration solutions.
  • Drive customer success and support a national sales team.
  • Leverage expertise in Cisco and Microsoft Collaboration, contact center, and enterprise voice systems.
  • Manage and negotiate with customers and partners.
  • Create customer-facing diagrams and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and manage partner relationships.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Webex, and licensing.
  • Expertise in Cisco Contact Center Express (CCX) and Webex Contact Center solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Phone migrations and licensing.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise voice systems, including SIP/PSTN and Cisco ISRs.
  • Mid-level knowledge of UCaaS (Zoom Phone, 8x8) and CCaaS (Five9, Genesys, 8x8) providers.
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in BOM (Bill of Materials) and SOW (Statement of Work) creation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • English: B2 required.
