Director of HR (AI): Architecting and modernizing global HR practices by leveraging AI to streamline processes and make data-driven decisions. Focus on launching talent review cycles, embedding AI into PeopleOps, and acting as a strategic business partner.

Location: You must be located on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours. It is highly preferred if you are based in Boston, MA so that you may go into our office at least once a week. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Launch and evolve bi-annual Talent Review Cycles, including manager calibration sessions and a bias audit.
• Identify and implement innovative AI solutions to boost team productivity and enhance employee experience within People Operations.
• Act as a strategic business partner, aligning people strategies with business goals and providing data-informed talent insights.
• Oversee the HR Generalist and day-to-day global HR operations, serving as the first point of escalation for various HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Proven track record building a scalable, AI-first, data-driven people operations function encompassing the entire employee lifecycle.
• Eager to share experience and insights in making data-driven decisions to inform HR processes and policies, and using data to tell stories.
• Ability to balance strategic big picture thinking with tactical execution.
• Experience as a people manager who coaches, mentors, and partners effectively, capable of challenging and having difficult conversations.
• Must be located on the East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours.
