What you will do

• Design and implement scalable people operations, performance management, and organizational design frameworks
• Act as strategic advisor to founders and leadership on all people matters during hypergrowth
• Lead talent acquisition strategy across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams in Europe
• Build employee lifecycle programs and maintain high hiring standards
• Embed and evolve company culture, driving engagement and retention

Requirements

• Must be based in London or Amsterdam and work on-site
• Proven experience as People Lead or senior People Partner in fast-growing tech companies
• Experience scaling people functions through hypergrowth and building from scratch
• Strong knowledge of UK/European employment law and compliance preferred
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for leadership teams
• Strategic thinker with operational excellence and metrics-driven mindset
