Location: On-site in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

  • Manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar, including townhalls, festive events, and internal campaigns.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end engagement programs to ensure a positive employee experience and high participation.
  • Coordinate learning programs across technical, soft skills, and leadership topics with internal stakeholders and external trainers.
  • Run onboarding culture sessions to introduce new hires to company values, expectations, and ways of working.
  • Maintain training logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and effectiveness measurement.
  • Partner with People Ops and leadership to embed culture, feedback, and recognition into daily practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in learning & development, employee engagement, culture, or HR program roles.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malaysia.
  • Strong execution and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with calendars, trackers, spreadsheets, and basic HR systems (LMS/HRIS).
  • Clear communication and facilitation skills, particularly in group settings.
  • High ownership and energy to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
