What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, and GTM during a period of hypergrowth.
- Build and manage predictable pipelines, leading hiring strategy in partnership with Founders and Leadership.
- Design, refine, and operationalize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Execute high-volume recruitment as an individual contributor, partnering with functional leaders.
- Build talent maps for future leadership roles and maintain a proactive pipeline of top candidates.
- Represent hirify.global in the market as the face of talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead in a fast-growing tech company.
- Deep hands-on IC experience, demonstrating strong execution skills.
- Track record of hiring during hypergrowth/hyperscaling (e.g., 0→50, 50→150).
- Experience building recruiting processes, structure, and guidelines from the ground up.
- Ability to context-switch across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles.
- Strong talent mapping and sourcing capabilities.
