TL;DR

Interim Recruiter: Scaling the recruitment engine for Product, Engineering, and GTM teams in a hypergrowth startup with an accent on building predictable pipelines, defining hiring strategies, and establishing scalable processes. Focus on executing high-volume recruitment as an individual contributor and shaping the talent foundation of an AI-powered fintech company.

Location: This role is based out of our London office, with a requirement for 3 days in the office. The hiring process includes an on-site panel at the Amsterdam HQ.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, and GTM during a period of hypergrowth.
  • Build and manage predictable pipelines, leading hiring strategy in partnership with Founders and Leadership.
  • Design, refine, and operationalize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and frameworks.
  • Execute high-volume recruitment as an individual contributor, partnering with functional leaders.
  • Build talent maps for future leadership roles and maintain a proactive pipeline of top candidates.
  • Represent hirify.global in the market as the face of talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Deep hands-on IC experience, demonstrating strong execution skills.
  • Track record of hiring during hypergrowth/hyperscaling (e.g., 0→50, 50→150).
  • Experience building recruiting processes, structure, and guidelines from the ground up.
  • Ability to context-switch across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles.
  • Strong talent mapping and sourcing capabilities.
