• Design and execute effective end-to-end hiring strategies for international markets.

• Ensure an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Implement creative sourcing techniques and build proactive talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an international company.
• Strong track record in creative sourcing and delivering high-quality hires.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Available to work 32–36 hours per week.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Leiden.
• Strong interpersonal and commercial acumen with a collaborative mindset.
