What you will do
- Take full ownership of outbound prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies across the UK.
- Craft and execute outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Engage prospective customers to understand their challenges and identify fit with .
- Quickly master the product and month-end close space to confidently pitch the solution.
- Partner with GTM to refine messaging and improve outreach strategy.
- Help shape the foundation of the outbound function as an early hire.
Requirements
- 1–3 Years of SaaS BDR experience with proven ability to book meetings with Mid-Market or Enterprise companies.
- Hunger to win and resilience.
- Coachability and drive to learn and constantly improve.
- Clear communication skills whether in writing, on the phone, or over video.
- Curiosity and grit, asking great questions and not giving up easily.
- Understanding of the UK market is a great plus.
