What you will do

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners based on mutual trust.
• Monitor and analyze partner activity to recommend and implement performance improvements.
• Stay current with affiliate marketing trends to identify and test new outreach opportunities.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, lead prospecting, and client acquisition.
• Collaborate across teams to execute measurable business solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in partnerships marketing.
• Strong communication, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels including PPC, social media, email, and SEO.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Vilnius or Kaunas.
