Focus on operating in early-stage, ambiguous customer environments, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes, and driving the digital transformation roadmap with the right mix of services to meet and exceed quota.

Location: London, United Kingdom. Travel is required up to 10%.

What you will do

  • Sell a portfolio of tailored service offerings to drive customer success, product adoption, and desired business outcomes.
  • Shape and influence services strategy in early-stage customer environments by embedding services as outcome-driven milestones.
  • Proactively create new services opportunities and manage the end-to-end forecasting process for services.
  • Meet and exceed quota for Impact, Implementation Services, and Training in both new and installed base customers.
  • Build credibility with customer executives by translating technical capabilities into business outcomes and serving as a trusted advisor for their digital transformation roadmap.
  • Lead extended teams in solutioning and scoping, proposal development, and execute value-based selling methodologies.

Requirements

  • Experience operating in or alongside a Professional Services organization, with strong commercial acumen and exposure to services sales, delivery, or program leadership.
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles that require a mix of influencing, validating, negotiating, understanding, and execution.
  • Comfort operating with incomplete information and evolving customer requirements, demonstrating strong judgment in prioritization, trade-offs, and escalation.
  • Data and AI domain experience working with customers to realize business value through production implementations.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including working with Executives and other team members, and experience articulating value-based selling.
  • Location: London, United Kingdom. Travel is required up to 10%, more at peak times.
