What you will do
- Research and identify high-potential partners (e.g., travel tech providers, marketing agencies, distribution platforms) aligned with go-to-market and revenue strategy.
- Lead structured outbound activities: map target accounts, source decision-makers, run outreach (calls, emails, events) and secure partnership meetings.
- Own end-to-end partnership cycles: from first contact and value proposition to negotiation and signature of collaboration agreements.
- Build, nurture, and expand a portfolio of strategic partners, driving joint initiatives (referrals, reseller motions, co-marketing) that generate measurable ARR.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS or within the hospitality/vacation rental ecosystem.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships that generate measurable revenue results.
- Demonstrated ability to run structured outbound activities (prospecting, cold calling, meetings) and close collaboration agreements.
- High level of process and structure orientation: planning activities, CRM tracking, consistent follow-up, and clear partner pipeline management.
- Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on, willing to travel to meet partners and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
