TL;DR

Partnership Manager (SaaS, Traveltech): Drive revenue and market expansion by building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships across Italy and Europe with an accent on identifying high-impact partners, leading outreach initiatives, and owning end-to-end partnership negotiations. Focus on designing, managing, and optimizing scalable partnership workflows and driving measurable ARR from long-term relationships.

Location: Remote (hybrid) with frequent opportunities to meet up, focused on Italy and Europe.

hirify.global is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup in the hospitality tech industry, helping lodging providers boost revenues and direct bookings across 40+ countries.

What you will do

  • Research and identify high-potential partners (e.g., travel tech providers, marketing agencies, distribution platforms) aligned with go-to-market and revenue strategy.
  • Lead structured outbound activities: map target accounts, source decision-makers, run outreach (calls, emails, events) and secure partnership meetings.
  • Own end-to-end partnership cycles: from first contact and value proposition to negotiation and signature of collaboration agreements.
  • Build, nurture, and expand a portfolio of strategic partners, driving joint initiatives (referrals, reseller motions, co-marketing) that generate measurable ARR.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS or within the hospitality/vacation rental ecosystem.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships that generate measurable revenue results.
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured outbound activities (prospecting, cold calling, meetings) and close collaboration agreements.
  • High level of process and structure orientation: planning activities, CRM tracking, consistent follow-up, and clear partner pipeline management.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on, willing to travel to meet partners and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

  • Additional European languages (such as German) are a strong plus.
