What you will do
- Research and identify high-potential partners (e.g., travel tech providers, marketing agencies, distribution platforms) aligned with our go-to-market and revenue strategy.
- Lead structured outbound activities: map target accounts, source decision-makers, run outreach, and secure partnership meetings across Italy and Europe.
- Own end-to-end partnership cycles, from first contact and value proposition, to negotiation and signature of collaboration agreements.
- Build, nurture, and expand a portfolio of strategic partners, driving joint initiatives that generate measurable ARR and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS or within the hospitality/vacation rental ecosystem.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships that generate measurable revenue results.
- Demonstrated ability to run structured outbound activities (prospecting, cold calling, meetings) and close collaboration agreements.
- High level of process and structure orientation: planning activities, CRM tracking, consistent follow-up, and managing a clear partner pipeline.
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets, travel when needed, and operate independently.
