What you will do
- Develop and execute a revenue strategy to acquire and grow customers across Italy.
- Focus on signing new companies by identifying and targeting market players in the energy sector.
- Lead the sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals, ensuring a strong pipeline in Italy.
- Create market penetration strategies to accelerate hirify.global’s presence and platform usage in the Italian market.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to refine go-to-market tactics for the Italian regions.
- Lead, manage, coach, and guide the Italian team of Account Managers to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in energy trading or procurement with a proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development in the Italian market.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian energy markets, including electricity, gas, and environmental commodities.
- An established network within the Italian energy industry (trading houses, corporate buyers, industrial companies).
- Fluent in both Italian and English, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Must be able to travel across Italy for meetings, conferences, and events.
