What you will do

  • Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Drive towards exceeding assigned upsell/cross-sell revenue quotas with a strategic approach.
  • Consistently manage a high number of daily customer interactions including calls, video meetings, and demo presentations.
  • Ensure full product adoption through proactive customer training, check-ins, and strategic business reviews.
  • Analyze customer behavior and product usage data to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
  • Minimize churn through proactive problem-solving and tailored strategies for customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Strong focus on exceeding assigned revenue quotas.
  • Experience managing a high volume of daily customer interactions (calls, video meetings, demos).
  • Ability to ensure full product adoption and customer retention.
  • Capacity to analyze customer behavior and business data for optimization.
  • Willingness to work in a highly driven, fast-paced environment.
  • English: B2 required.
