What you will do
- Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Drive towards exceeding assigned upsell/cross-sell revenue quotas with a strategic approach.
- Consistently manage a high number of daily customer interactions including calls, video meetings, and demo presentations.
- Ensure full product adoption through proactive customer training, check-ins, and strategic business reviews.
- Analyze customer behavior and product usage data to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
- Minimize churn through proactive problem-solving and tailored strategies for customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams for a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong focus on exceeding assigned revenue quotas.
- Experience managing a high volume of daily customer interactions (calls, video meetings, demos).
- Ability to ensure full product adoption and customer retention.
- Capacity to analyze customer behavior and business data for optimization.
- Willingness to work in a highly driven, fast-paced environment.
- English: B2 required.
