What you will do
- Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Drive towards exceeding assigned upsell/cross-sell revenue quotas with a strategic approach.
- Manage a high volume of daily customer interactions, including calls, video meetings, and demo presentations.
- Ensure full product adoption through proactive customer training, check-ins, and strategic business reviews.
- Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and business data to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Minimize churn through proactive problem-solving and tailored customer retention strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Constantly refine and improve customer success processes, leveraging automation and CS tools.
