What you will do

  • Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Drive towards exceeding assigned upsell/cross-sell revenue quotas with a strategic approach.
  • Manage a high volume of daily customer interactions, including calls, video meetings, and demo presentations.
  • Ensure full product adoption through proactive customer training, check-ins, and strategic business reviews.
  • Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and business data to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Minimize churn through proactive problem-solving and tailored customer retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Constantly refine and improve customer success processes, leveraging automation and CS tools.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Experience managing a high number of daily customer interactions.
  • Strong focus on customer retention and minimizing churn.
  • Skilled in analyzing customer behavior, product usage, and business data.
  • Highly driven to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
