What you will do

  • Build and execute sales strategies targeting mid-market hotels and groups.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand hirify.global' market presence.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Conduct virtual client presentations articulating product value.
  • Represent hirify.global at major industry events and build partnerships.
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership and product teams.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of sales experience in hospitality technology.
  • Deep understanding of mid-market hotel ecosystem and ARR growth.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines independently without BDR/SDR support.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and long-term pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Remote work capability from Thailand or similar location.

  • Knowledge of PMS technology.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
  • Experience in hospitality or lodging industry.
