TL;DR

Manager, Enterprise Customer Success (HRtech): Managing and mentoring a team of CSMs focused on customer adoption, value realization, and expansion within a portfolio of accounts with an accent on account-specific relationship frameworks and business reviews. Focus on mitigating risks early, preventing churn, and meeting retention KPIs through data-driven analysis.

What you will do

  • Manage, mentor, enable, and lead a team of CSMs focused on adoption, value realization, advocacy, and expansion.
  • Build and execute account-specific relationship frameworks, including success plans and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Protect existing revenue streams while identifying and driving new opportunities.
  • Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent churn.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and promote internal advocacy.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop diverse customer success teams.
  • Experience in building and scaling customer success processes and structures.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite communication.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS products and HR tech knowledge (e.g., ATS, HRIS, payroll).
  • Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Gainsight, Tableau) for customer health metrics and trend analysis.
  • Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages (e.g., German, Portuguese) are a plus.
