What you will do

• Lead implementation projects from sale to deployment ensuring client needs are met
• Gather system requirements and align platform configuration with business objectives
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies continuously
• Analyze operational data to improve internal workstreams and efficiencies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success Engineers, Product, and Account teams
• Maintain detailed project plans and communicate status internally and externally

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in the Netherlands
• Proven experience as Implementation Manager, Project Manager or CSM (3 years)
• Strong understanding of SaaS and technology industry
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have

• Dutch, German or Swedish language skills
• Experience with Salesforce and web-based technologies
• Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Quip, Zendesk
