What you will do

• Build core AI platform services including agent orchestration, prompt management, and RAG pipelines.
• Develop complex multi-step agentic workflows using OpenAI Agent SDK, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Implement LLM evaluation harnesses and prompt-testing frameworks to balance quality, latency, and spend.
• Design and implement React interfaces for AI workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workato, and Snowflake.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python and practical knowledge of databases.
• Strong grounding in LLM/AI application patterns (RAG, tool use, function calling) and vendor APIs like OpenAI.
• Experience with vector stores (pgvector, Pinecone, OpenSearch) or retrieval pipelines.
• Ability to drive alignment through concise design documents and reviews.
• Location: Must be based in Israel for a hybrid work model

Nice to have

• Experience building developer platforms or internal tooling.
• Hands-on experience with model optimization, fine-tuning, or distillation techniques.
• Deep experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in frontend development frameworks such as React.
• Background in SaaS/enterprise environments with compliance requirements (SOC2, GDPR).
