What you will do
- Make cold outbound calls to targeted customers and own the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Present and sell hirify.global products via phone, webinars, and on-site meetings.
- Conduct negotiations and close contracts.
- Plan, manage, and attend seminars and exhibitions to generate leads.
- Optimize sales processes from initial negotiations to order receipt.
- Prepare proposal materials and collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
- Minimum 3 years of business development and corporate sales experience.
- Business level English; Korean fluency is a big plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales tools.
- Self-starter with persistence and confident decision-making skills.
