What you will do

• Lead the Critical Email Products (CEP) team, owning the execution and delivery of core capabilities.
• Partner with Detection, Product, and Platform teams to bring new features to life while ensuring system robustness.
• Drive execution of SEG solutions like DMARC and Inbox Insights towards General Availability.
• Recruit, build, and foster a healthy, inclusive culture for a team of 4+ engineers.
• Manage performance, provide coaching, and support career development for team members.
• Ensure operational excellence, improve systems reliability, and optimize processes for launches and incident response.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading a team of 4+ engineers building enterprise-level, customer-facing products.
• 4+ years of product development leadership experience (as a lead engineer or engineering manager) collaborating cross-functionally.
• 2+ years leading fullstack teams responsible for building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Proven ability to partner with recruiting to define hiring needs, attract senior talent, and build high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated strength in communication and stakeholder management to align distributed teams.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with our stack (AWS, Kubernetes, Python/Golang, React, Postgres).
• Previous email cybersecurity experience.
