What you will do

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of vulnerability researchers, SREs, and software engineers across multiple geographies.
• Partner with product managers and engineering leadership to align on scope and solution designs.
• Drive improvements in engineering practices, focusing on high availability, low latency, and scalability.
• Oversee planning and delivery of product features while implementing agile methodologies.
• Champion an AI-first engineering culture by adopting AI tools and workflows in daily development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in Enterprise SaaS.
• 4+ years in a management or leadership role overseeing remote teams in different time zones.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Go, or C.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack (DNS, WHOIS) and network-heavy applications.
• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity principles and developing security products.
• Familiarity with port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or signature development.
