What you will do

• Execute 20-30 outbound calls daily and record conversations in CRM.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Engage in technical discussions to determine customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Influence external and internal key decision-makers at all organizational levels.
• Identify, develop, and close new business through cold calling, market research, and lead sourcing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in the industrial chemical industry.
• Flawless English and French language ability required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or Marketing.
• Proven ability to influence via phone and close sales at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Spanish, German, and Portuguese language skills.
