TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Acting as a project manager for onboarding and ongoing support for premium accounts with an accent on uncovering customer messaging goals and initial troubleshooting. Location: Remote, must be located in a PST time zone and available to work standard PST hours

Salary: $80,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency)

What you will do

  • Outline onboarding plans and timetables with key stakeholders.
  • Guide customers to plan, implement, and achieve their messaging goals.
  • Organize customer data usage for effective campaigns and newsletters.
  • Provide dedicated support and initial troubleshooting as the primary point of contact.
  • Follow up with customers monthly after onboarding.
  • Assess growth plans and set up the contracts team for successful renewals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager for technical products.
  • Must be located in a PST time zone and available to work standard PST hours.
  • Background in SaaS and customer-facing roles.
  • Experience communicating with software developers in a technical capacity.
  • Strong opinions on customer experience to provide strategic advice.
  • Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish is prioritized.
